Shanthakumaran Nair Sreesanth is an Indian cricketer and film actor who played all forms of the game. He is a right-arm fast-medium-pace bowler and a right-handed tail-ender batsman. Currently in first class cricket, he plays for Kerala. He played in the Indian Premier League, played for Rajasthan Royals. He is also the first Kerala Ranji player to have played Twenty20 cricket for India. Initially banned for life after spot-fixing in the 2013 IPL, the ban was reduced to seven years in August 2019.The ban officially ended on 13 September 2020. Sreesanth was selected in the Kerala Team for the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy in 2021.He played the first match after his ban in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in January 2021.
